LUXE Heritage Privacy Notice

Summary: This Notice is based on China's Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL), with a GDPR supplement where applicable. The App records collectibles and personal assets and performs arithmetic calculations. Business data remains only on the current device and is not uploaded to the developer's servers or iCloud or synchronised across devices. In the current release, Sign in with Apple and StoreKit communicate directly with Apple; the developer maintains no cloud account, business-data or transaction database. Opening the online legal pages causes the page host to process necessary network information such as an IP address. The App has no advertising, behavioural analytics or cross-app tracking and does not sell personal information.
本政策适用于 LUXE 传承 iOS 应用、网页版本及其在线法律页面。中国大陆用户的个人信息处理以 PIPL、《网络数据安全管理条例》等适用中国法律为准；向欧洲经济区用户提供服务且 GDPR 适用时，同时适用本政策中的 GDPR 补充规则。如强制性法律提供更高保护，以该法律为准。本政策不适用于您通过系统分享功能自行选择的第三方应用、网站或服务。
This Notice applies to the LUXE Heritage iOS App, web version and online legal pages. Processing for users in Mainland China is governed by the PIPL, the Regulations on Network Data Security Management and other applicable Chinese law. The GDPR supplement also applies where the App is offered to EEA users within the GDPR's scope. Mandatory law providing greater protection prevails. Third-party recipients that you independently select through the system share sheet are governed by their own privacy terms.

The table above covers account and Apple sign-in data; subscription and transaction identifiers; user-entered collectibles, assets, profiles and optional contact/identity fields; photos and import/export files; legacy data retained for local backup compatibility; local preferences and security state; and network metadata automatically handled by service providers. Business data remains on the current device and is not uploaded or synchronised by the App.
Data comes directly from you; from Apple through Sign in with Apple and StoreKit to the device; and from local generation of settings, session state and arithmetic results. The legal-page host automatically receives necessary network metadata only when an online legal page is opened.

Under the PIPL, processing is limited to consent, necessity for entering into or performing a contract to which the individual is a party, compliance with legal duties, or another basis permitted by Article 13. Under the GDPR, the corresponding bases are contract, legal obligation, legitimate interests or consent as stated above. Optional consent is requested separately and may be withdrawn.

创建资产记录通常至少需要资产名称；创建档案至少需要档案名称。其他档案字段应保持为空，除非您确实需要它们。Apple 登录并非使用本地记录和部分会员导出功能的必然前提；用户选择 Apple 登录时，必须处理 Apple 用户标识及验证数据，但不会因此上传本地业务数据。拒绝相机／照片权限只会阻止相应图片功能，不影响纯文字记录。
An asset name is generally required to create an asset record and a profile name is required to create a profile. Other profile fields should remain empty unless genuinely needed. Sign in with Apple is not necessarily required for local records and certain member export functions. If selected, Apple identifiers and verification data must be processed, but local business data is not uploaded as a result. Refusing camera/photo permission prevents only the relevant image function.
请不要录入其他人的护照号、私人联系方式或照片，除非您有合法依据并已向相关人员提供必要告知。控制者无法判断您自行录入第三人信息的合法性。
护照号、精确身份资料、财务状况以及特定情形下的照片、交易或资产记录，可能构成敏感个人信息。上述字段均非使用核心记录功能所必需，仅由您选择是否录入，并只在设备本地处理；开发者当前不会收集或接收这些内容。请仅在具有特定、充分必要性时录入，并妥善保护设备和导出文件。
Passport numbers, precise identity details, financial circumstances and, depending on context, photos, transactions or asset records may be sensitive personal information. They are not required for the core recording function, are entered only at your choice and remain on-device; the developer does not currently collect or receive them. Enter such information only where specifically necessary and protect the device and exports.
若未来版本拟由开发者处理敏感个人信息、向其他个人信息处理者提供您的信息、公开个人信息，或由开发者向境外提供个人信息，我们将在上线前完成个人信息保护影响评估，更新本政策，并依法取得单独同意；法律要求书面同意时取得书面同意。当前政策不授权未来新增该等处理。

Recipients are limited to Apple for platform sign-in and purchases; Alibaba Cloud, whose Mainland China infrastructure hosts the public legal pages, when an online legal page is opened; recipients independently selected by the user through system sharing; and authorities or advisers where legally necessary. Opening a legal page may cause the developer and Alibaba Cloud infrastructure to process the request IP address, time, method and path, response status, bytes transferred, referrer, User-Agent, and fault or security-event logs to deliver the page, secure the service, prevent abuse and troubleshoot faults. Neither Alibaba Cloud nor the other recipients receive local business records from the developer for this purpose. We do not sell, rent or disclose personal information to data brokers or advertisers.
中国大陆：开发者不接收或向境外提供设备内业务数据。在线隐私政策和用户协议部署在中国大陆的阿里云轻量应用服务器；打开页面产生的必要网络请求和访问日志在中国大陆服务器及相关阿里云基础设施中处理。您主动使用 Apple 登录或 App Store 内购时会直接与 Apple 服务交互，Apple 可能处理第 3 节列明的必要标识或交易数据。若未来由开发者向境外接收方提供个人信息，开发者将在传输前满足 PIPL 第 38 条规定的适用条件，告知境外接收方名称、联系方式、处理目的／方式、数据种类和权利行使方式，取得单独同意，并完成个人信息保护影响评估及其他法定手续。
欧洲经济区：开发者及在线法律页面服务器位于中国。EEA 用户打开在线法律页面时，必要的请求和访问日志会在中国接收和处理；主动向隐私邮箱发送支持请求时，邮件及其中信息也会由开发者在中国接收。对于任何受 GDPR 第 V 章约束的控制者或处理者传输，我们将在传输前采用适用的充分性决定、欧盟委员会标准合同条款或其他合法机制，并在需要时评估补充措施；不会在尚未落实相应保障时声称已经采用该保障。
Mainland China: the developer neither receives nor exports on-device business data. The online Privacy Notice and Terms are hosted on an Alibaba Cloud Simple Application Server in Mainland China, where necessary page requests and access logs are processed. Sign in with Apple and App Store purchase interactions are user-initiated direct interactions with Apple. Before any future developer-controlled export, we will satisfy applicable PIPL Article 38 requirements, give the Article 39 notice, obtain separate consent, conduct a personal-information protection impact assessment and complete other required procedures. EEA: the developer and legal-page server are in China, so necessary requests and access logs generated when an EEA user opens a legal page, as well as support emails sent by that user, are received in China. Any controller or processor transfer subject to Chapter V GDPR will use an applicable lawful mechanism before it occurs.

Local data remains until deleted, wiped, cleared or the App is uninstalled. The current release creates no developer cloud account, authentication or transaction database. Apple determines retention for information it independently processes. Legal-page access logs are retained only for the shortest period necessary to deliver and secure the pages, prevent abuse, troubleshoot faults and meet legal obligations, and are deleted under server log-rotation settings; relevant logs may be isolated for longer where necessary to handle a security incident, complaint, dispute or legal requirement. They are not combined with in-App business records or used for profiling, advertising or marketing. An in-app wipe affects the current device only and cannot delete exports already sent elsewhere.
当法律要求保存、数据为建立／行使／抗辩法律请求所必需，或删除会影响他人权利时，我们可能限制处理而不是立即删除，并会在适用时向您说明。
我们遵循目的明确、最小必要、公开透明和保存期限最短原则，并采用与当前本地架构相称的措施，包括 iOS 应用沙盒、按本地用户标识隔离记录、应用访问失败锁定、Web 数据在适用环境中的 AES-GCM 字段加密、用户主动导出和开发日志基础脱敏。只有在提供功能所需时才调用 Apple 系统接口。
We apply purpose limitation, data minimisation, transparency and shortest-necessary retention, with measures proportionate to the local architecture: the iOS app sandbox, separation by local user identifier, failed-attempt lockout, AES-GCM field encryption for web records where available, user-initiated export and basic development-log redaction. Apple system interfaces are called only when needed for a requested feature.
请注意以下局限：
no-encryption，未启用 SQLCipher 等数据库文件级静态加密；设备操作系统自身的数据保护仍取决于设备设置。在 PIPL 及其他适用法律规定的条件下，您有权知情、决定、限制或拒绝处理，有权查阅、复制、更正、补充和删除个人信息，有权撤回基于同意的处理、注销账户并要求我们解释处理规则。自然人死亡后，其近亲属可为合法、正当利益依法行使查阅、复制、更正、删除等权利，但死者生前另有安排的除外。
我们原则上在 15 个工作日内答复中国大陆用户的权利请求；如无法满足，会说明理由和投诉途径。为保护信息安全，可能进行必要且相称的身份核验。法律规定可拒绝或限制请求的情形除外。
在 GDPR 适用且满足法定条件时，您还享有：
Where the GDPR applies and its conditions are met, you may exercise rights to information and access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent, protection from qualifying solely automated decisions, and complaint to a supervisory authority.
GDPR 请求通常在收到后一个月内答复。请求复杂或数量较多时，可依法再延长两个月，并会在首月内告知。为避免向冒名者披露数据，我们可能要求与请求相称的身份核验。请求通常免费；对明显无根据或过度重复的请求，我们可以依法收取合理费用或拒绝处理并说明理由。
We normally respond within one month. For complex or numerous requests, the period may be extended by two further months, with notice during the first month. Proportionate identity verification may be required. Requests are normally free; manifestly unfounded or excessive requests may be charged or refused as permitted by law.
本应用仅对用户自行录入的数量、成本、估值和变现金额进行确定性算术汇总。它不依据用户个人情况生成买卖、持有或资产配置意见，也不作出产生法律效力或对用户产生类似重大影响的仅自动化决定。
The App performs deterministic arithmetic aggregation of quantities, costs, user-entered values and realised amounts. It does not generate buy, sell, hold or allocation advice based on personal circumstances and does not make solely automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.
本应用不出售个人信息，不使用个人信息进行定向广告，不集成第三方广告、跨应用跟踪或行为分析 SDK，也不进行直接营销。网页版本仅使用必要的 LocalStorage／IndexedDB 维持本地登录、设置和功能状态。
本服务不以未满 18 周岁的人为目标。我们不会明知处理不满 14 周岁未成年人的个人信息；若发现由开发者控制的此类处理，将核实监护人同意、适用专门规则并采取删除或限制措施。由于业务数据在本机，监护人应在相关设备上检查和删除。EEA 各国关于儿童同意年龄的强制性规则不受本段影响。
The service is not directed to persons under 18. We do not knowingly process personal information of a child under 14; if developer-controlled processing is identified, we will verify guardian consent, apply special rules and delete or restrict as appropriate. Because business data is local, a guardian should inspect and remove it on the relevant device. Mandatory EEA rules on children's consent remain unaffected.

请勿通过普通邮件发送完整护照照片、访问密码或 Apple 身份令牌。本地业务数据应直接在持有该数据的设备上导出、更正或删除。中国大陆用户还可向履行个人信息保护职责的部门投诉；向我们提出请求不影响投诉、举报或司法救济权。

We will update this Notice and its version date when material changes occur to data categories, purposes, storage architecture, recipients or user rights. Changes likely to materially affect your rights will be notified in the App or by another appropriate method before taking effect. Where fresh consent is legally required, it will be obtained separately rather than inferred solely from continued use.
This Notice reflects the product code and known deployment architecture as of the last-updated date. It must be updated together with the App Store privacy disclosures before any changed feature or provider is released.
